we cooked the pork chops on a skillet first, then put them on the grill with the sauce. they were great.

I thought this recipe was horrible, no one had rated this when I made it so I knew I was taking a chance the meat was dry and tough although the sauce was awsome.

We did not microwave them, nor thicken the sauce. The sauce was a very yummy flavor, though. I used spicey brown mustard, as we were out of ground. Delicious baked - I just can't microwave the meat - eww!

I usually don't try recipes that have not been rated but I'm glad I did this time. These were very good and moist. I didn't use the microwave but cooked them in the oven in a stoneware roaster. I was out of dry mustard but the flavor was very good w/o it. Thanks
