I made this for my daugthers graduation party-up scaled it for 60 people. It is very good but its a little on the sweet side. I think next time I will cut back on the relish.

This was pretty tasty. It reminded me of Arbys. I made the recipe exactly as written and I toasted the buns a little and poured a little extra sauce over the ham. I wont pour the extra sauce over next time because it made it really messy.
