This is my favorite sandwich. The seasoning mixture is enough to give a mild flavor to several chicken breasts...or a spicy taste to just a few. -Amber Peterson of Oakes, North Dakota

After making these sandwiches, you'll never order the fast-food kind again. Marinating the chicken overnight in buttermilk gives it a wonderful taste and tenderness. The zippy breading is golden and crispy. --Gregg Voss of Emerson, Nebraska

This a great sandwich which is well known here in Chile. Creamy chicken with cooked bell pepper gives this sandwich a nice taste!! You can also make them with cocktail bread for a great appetizer! You can use up to double the mayonnaise for a creamier texture.

I adapted this easy sandwich recipe after eating something similar at a local restaurant, relates Sara Schurtz Gonzalez of Phoenix, Arizona. Mayonnaise keeps the chicken so moist, and Parmesan cheese gives it delightful tang. TIP: Serve it with crispy chips for a satisfying yet not-too-heavy weekend lunch, Sarah advises.

This is a perfect salad to serve for a special luncheon because it's made ahead of time. Another plus is the short list of everyday ingredients.

This moist chicken takes minutes to cook using the direct grilling method. The thick zesty sauce is equally tasty over pork. If you'd like, make a double batch of sauce and reserve half of it to serve at the table.
