Easy and delicious. We used slamon fillets instead of steaks and served this with gingered mango salsa. Everyone loved it. Thanks!

I did use olive oil insead of butter. I also didn't baste the fish but spooned the mixture over the fish while broiling. Very tasty; I will definitely use this recipe again!

I did this with Lake Trout. I also followed the advice using olive oil instead of butter and more garlic. we loved it!served it with grilled green beans and fried potaoes.
