This is a pretty good recipe. I'd make it again. I didn't give it 5 stars because that should be used only for recipes that are REALLY good. I had tofu in the fridge and I wanted to use it before it went bad, so I used this recipe. Like I said, pretty good.

I found the tofu to be less than pleasing, but the recipe itself wasn't bad. I guess tofu isn't for me!
