I added the veggies when I browned the meat so they cooked a little. I also threw in some pulled pork I had leftover and for me it made the meal. Still ended up only using 1 bottle of barbecue sauce though, 2 would be awfully soupy. But overall an interesting twist on Beefy Mac!

This was pretty bad. Even my kids who love barbecue sauce would not touch it. It was weird having raw onion and celery in it. All I can really say about it was that it was fast and cheap, and tasted like it. Not worth the pound of ground beef I used.
