I served this for a tailgate party & it was a hit! The only change I made was to add steak seasoning to the meat for added flavor!

I made these for a potluck and they were a HUGE hit. From the burliest guys to the daintiest of old ladies, I was getting compliments on them left and right! They were fun to make and the compliments were even more rewarding as I made my own biscuit dough rather than buying it pre-made, which is very easy. Will definatley make these again!

Wow, I hate to be the negative one. I didn't care for this recipe. My husband liked it at first but didn't like the after effects. Its not healthy at all obviously. Maybe I used the wrong package of dough but the cups got way too large in the oven and meat was falling out everywhere. Not one of my favorite recipes.

Quick, Easy & my family Loved them. Increased the beef to 1lb., for I thought 3/4 lb would not be enough. Used Walmart Brand Butter Jumbo Flaky Bisquits 16oz. qty 8. Divided the bisquits in half by chance due to they peeled apart and was able to make 16 cupcake size beef cups. YUMMY

In my house we refer to these as Blisscuits. Everyone loves them and devours them. My only changes are that I don't use the minced onion, I use a bit more bbq sauce and I throw in a tablespoon of brown sugar. YUM!

just easy and great! i smashed each biscuit with a cutting board, sort of twisted it flat/bigger. yes, it shrunk down a bit but it didn't really matter.

Just made this with leftover chili from last nite..Topped with some shredded cheddar cheese and baked..Really easy and will definitely experiment with other ways
