This is so easy and so good! I used a bag of mixed salad greens, left out the celery and added some shredded cheddar cheese. I mixed some Kraft light ranch dressing with some Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce and it was delicious. I served this with some warm rolls - great for a quick meal!

Loved it! My boyfriend thought it was amazing. I did what another reviewer suggested and replaced the mayo with Fat Free Ranch. I also added some cilantro into it for some extra flavor. Came out great, will remain a staple on the dinner menu!

Love love love this recipe! The last time I made this I left out the celery and it was fine. Each time I have made this I have added bleu cheese crumbles and an avacado diced up in large chunks. The dressing is so good, my bbq sauce preference is Sweet Baby Ray's Original. Make sure you use mayo not miracle whip. Great recipe I recommend it to everyone!

Try mixing ranch dressing with the barbecue sauce for even more tang. I mixed the dressing with the chicken and bacon and let it all chill to blend the flavors before putting the rest of the salad together. I added shredded carrots instead of celery. After taking the photo, I tore the leaf lettuce in pieces and mixed everything together. Very tasty!

My husband loved this salad. It was a nice change from the everyday side salad. Definetly a keeper!

I used smoked chicken breast that I had left over for this recipe. I also used low-cal bbq sauce, extra celery, and turkey bacon. I served this over fresh spinach and shredded cabbage. My nine-year-old daughter is taking the leftovers as a wrap in her lunch today. I didn't follow the directions to a T...I simply mixed everything together and let it sit in the fridge. This is quick, easy and tasty.
