This is an easy recipe using boneless country-style pork ribs. Just throw it together in the morning, and you're set! I like to serve this with baked beans, corn, and garlic bread.

Papa John's Bar-B-Q Sauce

My dad loves to barbecue and this is his own creation. It's absolutely delicious and goes with a variety of meats. It makes a lot, but keeps well in the ice box and it's nice to have it on hand instead of store bought sauce.

This is a Kansas City-style sauce that I make in my restaurant. It is sweet and smoky with a little bite.

This dish is a bonanza of baked beans! Chili sauce adds a little spiciness. Don't be dissuaded by the lima beans - they blend into the mix wonderfully!

This sauce is full of aromatic, flavorful and sweet ingredients: molasses, allspice, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, orange juice and brown sugar. There are also chili peppers, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar and wine. It's a perfect marinade for fish or meat.

Brandi's Best Burgers

These burgers are definitely crowd pleasers! Perfect for family get-togethers and summer cookouts. They are complimented nicely by baked beans and potato salad. Serve between sesame seed or whole wheat buns and, if desired, plenty of lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles. I also like to use Hickory flavored wood chips when I BBQ to add additional flavor to the meat. If you use wood chips, soak them in water for about an hour, then spread them over the hot coals just before grilling.
