Bangkok Broccoli Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1/2 pound chicken or beef strips
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 (1 pound) package Birds Eye® Frozen Broccoli Stir-Fry
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 cup Thai style stir-fry cooking sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Brown chicken or beef strips in oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add Broccoli Stir-Fry with water and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally for 5 to 7 minutes or until meat is thoroughly cooked.
  2. Stir in cooking sauce and heat 1 to 2 minutes.
