Great taste. Just as I remembered. I would suggest cooking the bananas a little longer. Maybe about 5 mins.

I converted the recipe for a serving of 4 and i will next time cut down on the rum and brown sugar, it was just a little too much for me, but my husband and 7 year old and 4 year old children liked it as is.

Yum! I made this for dessert for 5 people (had more than enough even though the recipe says 4) and everyone loved it. I didn't want the rum flavor to be too strong so I mixed it in with the sugar and ignited it in the pan for about 10 seconds before adding the vanilla, cinnamon and bananas. Served warm over french vanilla ice cream.

This recipe was great and so easy to prepare. We served it over frozen Haagen Dazs vanilla yogurt and loved it. My husband thinks it would be a great topping over French toast. Next time I'll try it with pecans instead of the walnuts, and we will definitely make this one again.

Great Recipe!!! I substituted 1 teaspoon of rum extract instead of putting in real rum and it came out awesome. Can't wait to make this again. Thanks for the post.

Easy to make and tastes great! If you are concerned about presentation; this may not be the desert for you - a little sloppy in appearance. However, it tastes wonderful!!

Very good. Very sweet. I used it as a filling in crepes and topped it with whipped cream. Hubby doesn't usually like banana desserts, but was impressed with this. I agree with the other reviewer who think it needs more banana. (Maybe 1 more?)
