I made this and my husband and daughter love it! We like the dryer type of texture because we eat it with coffee or tea. My husband isn't a huge fan of walnuts so instead of walnuts, I used crunchy peanut butter and the peanuts in the peanut butter added just the right crunch factor to it.
Thanks, I am making another loaf today, the family can't stop eating it. Also if you are health conscious you can add 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of splenda, and it works out to taste like 1 cup of sugar. You can also use light butter.
