These pancakes are the best. My kids love them! I make them at least once a week. The only thing I did different was add a tsp. of vanilla.

This was a good change. I thought perhaps on top next time I would try crunchy peanut butter and maple syrup. Husband liked real well

These pancakes were delicious. The mashed bananas give a nice texture and great flavor, my kids loved them. After all the pancakes were ready I realized that I forgot to add the sugar, but they were sweet enought for us, so next time I will omit the sugar.

These are sooooo good.i took the advice from other reviewers and added some vanilla extract and cinnamon. Apart from them being somewhat hard to flip after you get over that they are not gonna"look" like the perfect pancake. The taste sure does make up for it. Love it.

These were terribly good! I too added vanilla and switched out the vegetable oil for some nice applesauce with excellent results. I added a little extra milk to thin out the batter but I still had to poke it a bit to thin out the pancakes in the pan so they'd cook evenly. The chunks of banana in them will not cook evenly if you let the chunky bits build up in one spot. The end result was thin pancakes, rather like crepes, with a fabulous banana flavor throughout. This recipe made 9 individual pancakes for me. I served them with a syrup made of peanut butter, a little softened butter, powdered sugar, and a little milk to make it runny. I will make these again for sure!

These are AWESOME! We spread a caramel sauce and toasted nuts or macadamia nuts over the top. Mash the bananas kinda chunky, mix all the wet ingredients in, mix dry ingredients together in a bowl, then add to the wet. Whip the eggs whites into stiff egg whites. and fold them in right before grilling.

My kids and I really liked this recipe. My son asks me to make it every morning! The only changes I made were to use 1/2 whole wheat flour instead of all white.

This is a very easy to make twist to ordinary pancakes. Only complaint is that the batter is somewhat thin, making pancakes difficult to flip. Other than that, it was delicious!

For Valentine's Day, I was looking for a recipe to make something a little different. I do not claim to be a chef by any means so I wanted something simple that would still taste good. I thought this recipe was very easy to follow and it was a hit! I loved the pancakes and will continue to make them. I did follow a couple of other suggestions and I added 1 teaspoon of vanilla and a pinch of cinnamon.

Absolutely delicious. I used whole wheat flour and buttermilk instead of milk (and 1/2 tsp. baking soda to partially compensate for the acidity). ONLY USED HALF OF THE OIL! The secret is to mix VERY lightly, as little as you can, then not mix again, for the fluffiest pancakes. These did not even need syrup!
