Even though I could barely taste the bananas, these are very good pancakes. Not as salty as many recipes, and very fluffy.

Simply delicious! This has become a weekend tradition at our house. I love to add chocolate chips and serve with strawberry or blueberry syrup. YUM!

The taste was really good. However, they didnt seem to be "done" in the middle due to 'mushyness' of the bananas. My husband really enjoyed these and I will work with them to try to change the texture for me.

My family loved these! I mix the batter with a hand blender to make sure there are no larger banana chunks. I think it's the chunks that can make the pancakes a little mushy. After using the hand blender, the banana is smooth and evenly distributed, leaving no mush!

Unbelievably delicious. I was excited to make these--and I am SO glad I did! The banana has incredible flavor in here. I did make modifications, using buckwheat flour in place of all-purpose. Added cinnamon and vanilla (a must-add for me to most things I make!) I halved the recipe, but I still used the whole egg. I sprinkled one with chopped walnuts and it was great--chocolate chips might be a nice touch. **I followed the recommendations of others and cooked a little slower to make sure they didn't seem mushy. They were perfection! Will post photos soon. YUM! Great for anyone who likes banana bread!

Good!! Better with whip cream than with syrup! I think a touch of vanilla would be good!

Great taste, very fruity, just not as fluffy as I would have liked. Maybe I'll try again with a bit more baking powder. **** Tried these again this morning with a new can of baking powder- Fantastic! Also make sure you do not over mix the batter, there should still be a few lumps. I served these with the Strawberry Syrup on this site and everybody raved over them!

These are some of the best pancakes I have ever eaten. The only thing i added was a little cinnamon. It makes the perfect amount for four people and they are really fast. If you want to make them really good spread some chunky peanut butter on them before your syrup and they are so delcious. Thank you so much for this recipe!

These are great! I doubled the reciped to feed my big family. I also added cinnamon and mini-choco chips. But without these additions the pancakes still would have been great!

Both guinea pigs in my house liked them a lot - I can't say as I did not have any. I added vanilla as recommended and a sprinkle of cinnamon to each pancake before the initial flip. The recipe as stated made 10 medium pancakes. We'll see if they reheat well.

I didn't like these at all. They had too much baking powder and not enough flavor. Will not make again.

Yum! Great alternative way to use over ripe bananas instead of banana bread. It did take a few to get the heat and length of time right first ones weren't quite done in the middle. I add blueberries sometimes if on hand and it makes them even better!
