These were wonderful, moist and flavorful. I was going to add a little bit of vanilla and cinnamon then forgot and they tasted great without. I did do a double batch so I could share with the grandkids (glad I did!) This is my new favorite banana bread recipe.

This is a great basic banana muffin recipe. I added about a TBSP of cinnamon, and 1 tsp vanilla, and they came out great!

Made as directed. They were not too sweet, which was a surprise but nice. Especially because they were for my kids. They were a bit dry and I was careful not to over mix. Maybe adding another banana would help or some sour cream. They did not last long.

These muffins are great AS IS! I love that the recipe doesn't call for many ingredients. I had some over-ripe bananas to get rid of and was happy to see I didn't have to go to the store to get anything special for this recipe. We made the mini-muffins and they're so simple and great!

made 6 extra large muffins, I added 1/2 cup choc. chips to batter, cooked for 25 min. oh boy, were these good! moist and flavorishous!

FANTASTIC!! Made them with whole wheat flour for my three year old's class and they loved them (so did the parents). I had trouble stretching the batter to make the 48 mini's. When they were done I realized that just putting one spoonful of batter per well was more than enough to make the small muffins.
