Good, although I did make some alterations: I used applesauce instead of butter, and I used whole wheat flour instead of all purpose. I also added an extra banana. Very good, and healthy to boot!

This made 12 normal sized muffins and 8 mini muffins for me. They baked perfectly, no one has tried them yet though. I was tempted to add vanilla or cinnamon but my dad forced me to follow a recipe without modifying for once lol.

Super moist!I added about a teaspoon of cinnamon, some vanilla extract (capful) and a bit of brandy! They came out delicious! I have to say I followed the advice of not overmixing and fold the mixture in. Delicious and will be making again for sure.

They have great flavor and my fiance adores them but they didn't raise nearly as much as I hoped for. I will keep making this recipe for the wonderful flavor but will have to keep searching for a muffin recipe that raises more.

Like others, I added about 1/4t nutmeg, 1t cinnamon, 1t vanilla, splenda for sugar, only 2 bananas, SmartBalance Omega 3 margarine, and whole wheat flour. They smelled heavenly and tasted really good too. They were kind of small and a bit dry but maybe that's due to the 3rd banana I didn't have or some of my substitutions. These changes brought the calories down to 108 and fat to 1.4g each. I'll definitely be making these again!

This is now my favorite banana muffin recipe. I add a splash of vanilla and substitute splenda for sugar and applesauce for butter. They come out great. This time I added walnuts and chocolate chips. They are delicious!

I'm always looking for uses for super-soft bananas, and these muffins are a great way to use them up. I had lots of bananas so I made a double batch and they are so delicious! Really simple and good with raspberry jam.

These were so easy to make, and were delicious! I used over-ripe bananas as they are a bit sweeter.

Very tasty recipe. Bakes to be nice and golden and chewy. I also added some toast walnuts and chocolate chips. Yum! Next time I might also add cinnamon and vanilla as another reviewer suggested, to kick it up a bit more.

These are tasty! Just what I was wanting to make. I did add chopped walnuts, cinnamon and vanilla as someone else suggested! That was a great idea. I only had two bananas, so that's what I used and it worked out well. Don't over stir ingredients. I only baked for 18-20 minutes and it was plenty of time!

I don't know if anyone noticed, but this is the exact same recipe as the banana crumb muffin from this site, but without the crumb topping. Anyway, I made this one with half ww flour, and one of the 3 bananas was a frozen banana, that I melted along with the butter. I don't know if this had anything to do with how good it came out, but the texture of these muffins was unbelievably moist, and bakery quality (Even better!). My kids my friend, my husband and I were unanimous on how delicious and great texture these were! Thanks so much for this great recipe.
