These turned out super moist, and just all around wonderful! I followed the recipe and ended up with about 14 standard size muffins. Easy and delicious.

These might possibly be the best muffins I have ever eaten, and certainly the best I have ever made! I did add 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp vanilla, but other than that I followed the recipe. These will not last long in my house! Thanks!

These are delicious! : Substituted applesauce for the butter, added 1 tsp vanilla, and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Great way to use up those overripe bananas, thanks!

I added a ton of chopped walnuts but otherwise stuck with the recipe. Like others, I barely mixed the wet and the dry ingredients. My super fussy friend said, "Best muffin ever!" I'm going to buy extra bananas just to let them get over ripe in order to make these again.

Substituted applesauce for the butter, used 100% www instead, and cut down the sugar to 1/2 a cup -- turned out great, and I don't even have to feel too guilty about eating them! They did stick to the muffin cups though, so I have to find a way around that. Also, added cinnamon and vanilla to boost the taste.

I pretty much followed the recipe except for the addiiton of vanilla, cinnamon and walnuts. The muffins were okay but a little on the dry side. May try adding some applesauce when trying them again.

Loved it! Easy and SO tasty. I used 3/4 cup ap flour & 3/4 cup whole wheat flour. Also, added 1 t of vanilla and about 1/2 cup of choc chips. Next time I might try it with apple sauce instead of butter but they were great with the butter.

I tweaked the recipe a bit. I added 1 tsp Vanilla, 1/3 cup light fresh milk, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup brown suger, chopped walnuts, and 3/4 a bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips. Turned out moist and kept for over a week in the fridge without drying out.

Excellent recipe. I made two batches - the first batch was made exactly as the recipe was written. Simple, easy and very quick!! Five stars. The second batch I used whole wheat flour instead of white and Splenda in place of sugar. These were just as delicious as the 1st batch. The recipe is easily coverted to your tastes: add cinnamon, nuts, etc...

So, so good. I made them exactly as written, and added half a bag of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips. Got rave reviews - this is now my go-to quick and easy muffin (not to mention a great way to use up brown bananas). Thanks!

Great for anyone who likes banana bread! I added a splash of vanilla to my batter (about 1 TSP). In my opinion, it added a bit more flavor to the muffins. Since I altered it slightly, I gave it a 4.

I made some modifications but it still turned out wonderful! I used whole wheat flour for half of the flour, canola oil instead of butter, and I added some greek yogurt I needed to get rid of. Great!

One of the best banana bread recipes. Super moist, especially when using extremely overripe (black) bananas. I think I could have reduced the sugar by another 2 TB and it would have been just as sweet. I added walnuts, chocolate chips, and substituted with coconut oil to make a very special treat.
