These muffins are so yummy! Full of flavor and fluffy. I made them as directed and came out perfectly. However I only had to bake for 20 minutes for normal sized muffins.

So Good! I added about 1/2 cup of pecans and used canola oil instead of melted butter. Very easy and delicious.

Great muffins!!! I followed the recipe exactly and only added walnuts on the tops. Definitely take the advice mentioned by others and don't over-mix the dry ingredients with the wet ones. I can't wait to make these again!!!

I didn't like these at all. They didn't have much flavor. Next time I'll just use a banana bread recipe and bake in muffin tins.

Yummy! I did as others recommended and added 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and replaced the butter with applesauce. It made 24 mini muffins and 6 regular sized muffins. We will definitely make these again!

Absolutely delicious recipe- the muffins are moist and perfectly soft. I also sprinkled roughly chopped almonds on top before baking, and they added a nice little crunch. As some other users, I added a little splash of vanilla essence and cinnamon. I've made these many times, and everyone who eats them just can't get enough!

I love this recipe! I do not like nuts at all in my baked good and needed a simple recipe to use 3 1/2 bananas before they went bad. Adding that extra 1/2 of a banana made the muffins nice and moist just the way I like them. Thaank you for this recipe I have been in dier need of a great banana recipe! -Kayla

Just got done making these muffins, and they are GREAT!! I did however add 1 tsp. vanilla, and cinnamon, just to add a little bit of a spice taste. Other than that I will be making again. Just gave my daughter who is almost 2, and bite and she keeps coming back for more!! lol... Nice recipe!!! Thanks

Very good muffins! I should mention I changed a couple things per others suggestions: added 2 tsp vanilla, cinnamon, 1/2 c walnuts, used only 1/2 c white sugar & 1 1/4c whole wheat flour, added 1/2 c wheat germ --- they were moist and delicious

These muffins were great, they went so fast! The only change I made was to add a little sourcream, which just makes the muffins even more moist...other than that, kept everything the same.

LOVE this recipe... I used it when I was visiting my in-laws in Hawaii, as we had some over ripe bananas that needed to be used. I added a handful of mac nuts to the recipe and it they came out AMAZING! Thanks for the recipe!

Added 1 TSP vanilla extract to bring out the banana flavor, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 cup chopped nuts and sprinkled the tops with cinnamon. They were very moist and flavorful. The recipe made exactly 12 good size muffins. I used my bananas that were about to expire. Thank you so much for this recipe! It was very easy to make and very fast too.

Easy to make and my two young kids loved them. I like how they're not too flaky and crumbly once baked. I used applesauce instead of butter and added cinnamon and vanilla. Yummy! I will be making these again.

This is a good basic recipe and it doesn't call for a huge batch of overripe bananas. I tweaked it a little by adding 1 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla. I also made half the batch with chopped walnuts and the other half with mini choc. chips. They made about 36 in the mini muffin size. This recipe turned out moist and flavorful.
