Like little banana breads...I only added a few drops of vanilla and a dash of nutmeg. These are excellent.

Awesome recipe. I also added 1 tsp of vanilla, 1/4 cup of chocolate chips and added a streusel topping (brown sugar, flour, melted margarine. They were amazing!

I just finished making these muffins and they are so good! I put two eggs instead of one by accident, but I don't notice anything catastrophic. I also cut down on the sugar. It has very good banana flavor! I also added the tsp vanilla, cinnamon, and a bit of nutmeg. Thanks for the recipe, I'm going to have another!

Great recipe, easy to throw together with what's usually onhand. I substituted 1/2 cup oatmeal for that much of the flour and added a few tablespoons of wheat germ and flaxseed, and about half a cup of mini chocolate chips. They turned out great!

yes, it is a kid friendly recipe as my 11 year old easily put it together. It is a very good muffin recipe and went over well in my house. AND... I used up my old bananas. :-)

Just made these and they were great. I did have some blueberries on hand so added some to half the batter and chocolate chips (for the kids) to the other half. My bananas were small so used 4 of them. Very yummy & so easy!

These are pretty tasty, and I only had 2 bananas! They were not quite as moist as I was hoping, but that could be because I was one banana short. They got 4 stars because I only baked them for 20 min, and they were still almost too brown. So watch them carefully, and start checking them at 15 min.

Cut the sugar by half and suprise your kids with chocolat chips... and to add a little more fiber, add ground flax seeds!

Delicious and super easy to make. My son loves to help (and eat) these muffins! (His secret ingredient is dried cranberries sprinkled on the top.)

These are simple and delicious. Other than adding nuts, I followed the recipe exactly. Nice crown, texture and finish. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

What a great easy recipe. I followed as is - except for 1 c white flour and 1/2 c wheat ( I have lots of wheat flour to use up!)It was delicious and my little one helped and loved the outcome.

These were delicious! The things that I did different was that I added a splash of vanilla, 1/4 cup of milk, didn't add salt and one less banana. Thanks for the recipe!
