Whew, rich is the key word here, and I only ate half a croissant, BUT it was delicious (and totally decadent). Maybe even spread some peanut butter on the top half of the croissant to put it w-a-a-a-y over the top?? Not something I would eat everyday, as it is an indulgence, for sure. I think this would be a fabulous brunch item served on the mini/cocktail-size croissants.
