Changes, for the 1/3 oil, I used 1/2 butter and 1/2 olive oil. The rest I followed with some extra cinnamon in the batter. Baked in 6 large muffins and 12 mini muffins, the mini muffins were too dry after 18min but the large muffins were perfect moist after 20min. The brown sugar on the crust was a little bit burned.
This is the most moist banana muffin EVER! loved it!
only on con: it's got this metal after taste, maybe it's the baking powder, but I already use a AL free ones... weird
