Usually when recipes tell me "Prep Time 15 minutes" it really takes me about half an hour. I'm not a quick cooker since I'm fairly new... but this literally took 15 minutes to prepare, and exactly 18 minutes to bake. The muffins were beautiful and delicious.

Delicious! A very sweet muffin, and I loved that the crumb topping caramelized in the oven. The only changes I would suggest are to cut back on the sugar IN the muffins, as the topping is sweet, and to maybe layer the crumbs with the batter. Pour in some batter, sprinkle some crumb, more batter, top with crumb. It would be a nice surprise in the middle!

I made these with added cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla and they were still the blandest muffins I have ever had. Do not recommend.

These muffins were gone faster than it took to make'em! It was simple and fun to bake with my two teens. Thanks! *^_^*

I absolutely LOVE this recipe. I made an account just so that I can review it. I did make a lot of alterations, it was a mixture between the alterations made in other reviews and my own. So I used 1 cup flour and 1/2 cup wheat flour. 1/2 cup sugar instead of 3/4 and then 1/3 cup oil instead of butter. For the topping, I only used 1 tbsp of flour. They just came out of the oven about 5 minutes ago. After I tried it, my mouth melted. Really good recipe. Honestly, it doesn't need alterations, but the alterations just made it healthier. Thank you very much!

Yes-- as so many others say--it is a very good recipe--I made exactly as the recipe said--the topping makes them special and they are actually better the next day! Thank you

These muffins are fantastic, although I used 4 small bananas and added 1 tsp of almond extract.
