This is a great recipe! Ive made this twice already. First time with half granulated sugar and brown sugar, baking soda instead of baking powder, one ripe banana, half & half instead of milk & 1 tsp of vanilla extract in a 8X8" pan. It was a nice two inch height, very moist but came out darker because of the brown sugar. One banana gave it just enough banana flavor. The second time i made this recipe by doubling the ingredients, still used baking soda in place of baking powder, used 3 small sized very ripe bananas, half&half instead lf milk, 2 tsp of vanilla extract in a 13X9" pan and was also a great height with lots of banana flavor. I think adding some walnuts to the cake would also be a delicious addition. Ill have to try that next!
