I just got into baking, and this recipe was really easy to follow. To make them healthier, I used whole wheat flour and halved the amount of oil. I also added a tsp of vanilla extract and 2 tsp of cinnamon for taste. 20 minutes seemed too long for my muffins, so i baked them for exactly 18 minutes, and they came out slighty moist and delicious! My family loved them; they were gone the next day.
