This was quick, very easy to make, and was visually appealing, but my fiance and I didn't like the flavor. It wasn't sweet enough - it almost had a bitter taste to it.

This recipe is fabulous, and very easy. For an extra touch; before baking, I brushed the top of the pastries with melted butter and lightly sprinkled with Cinnamon and sugar. It was GREAT!

This was a really good recipe! I added a dollop of whip cream on top before serving because it is quite sweet. It is also kind of plain in shape, so I think the next time I make it I will either cut the rectangles in half, pinch the edges or maybe even try it in a muffin pan. 07/04/01- added note: made this again, cut rectangles in half and put them in muffin tins. It looked really nice. Also, did not have bananas so I used Smuckers Extra Fruit Strawberry Jam (very yummy!!). My roommate suggested drizzling this with chocolate sauce.

This recipe is defiantley a keeper! We all loved it. It's fast and easy to prepare and tasted incrediable. It reminded me of French Crepes.

When I took my first bite my first thought was warm ,sweet ,banana bread! Yum!I also added a pinch of clove to the Banana butter mixture.My Kids thought it was wonderful!!
