Thought this was a very easy recipe & quick. I made 8 small loaves and they turned out excellent. Normally, when I make banana bread it turns out like a brick!! Thanks for a great recipe!! A++++

Thought I'd give this a fair shot and make as is (everyone else seemed to alter recipe) Hindsight, I would follow what others had suggested! Yes, the bread is very good but not anything mind blowing or unique. The ingredients are almost the same as "Banana Muffins II", one of my favs but this recipe doesn't even compare in taste. Next time I have ripe bananas I'll make the muffins instead :D

Perfect banana bread. I made one loaf with half all-purpose flour and half whole wheat flour, and another loaf with chocolate chips. The chocolate chip load took about ten extra minutes to bake right through, and I followed the cooking time instructions exactly for the first loaf. This was so easy to make, with very impressive results. The loaf wasn't uncooked, too moist, crumbly, or dry. A+.

Quick and easy...this is my go-to banana bread recipe. I usually use 4 bananas instead of 3, but otherwise I follow the directions to the letter.

This is a very tasty banana bread. Instead of 1 cup of sugar I used 1/2 cup of Splenda for Baking and that worked wonderfully. I also added a little vanilla and cinnamon like other reviewers. I made these in my mini bundt cake pan and got 8 mini bundt cakes from this recipe. Can't wait to make again and experiment with different additions!

My husband just LOVED this recipe. He said it is the best banana bread I have ever made. I guess because I was always using the lower fat recipe, "Almost no fat banana bread", which was good but obviously this is sooo much better. I guess we're switching.

I found this recipe in a pinch. This is by far the best banana bread recipe I've ever used. I did use one extra banana because my family likes the flavour. I like how easy it is to prepare and the taste is the BIG pay off. Thanks, Wendy

This banana bread was the best. I've tried many recipes in the past and this one was by far the best and most moist!! I added 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 cup chocolate chips as well. I baked them in a cupcake pan and reduced the cooking time to 20 minutes. I think thats why they were so moist. Usually in a loaf pan the edges dry out before the inside is done. A definate keeper!!! Mmmmm!!

I tried this recipe and it was delicious. It is easy and it doesn't take a lot of time or ingredients. The only modification to the recipe was that I added a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Thanks for sharing. I will make it again.

Super easy and delicious! I have tried many banana bread recipes and none can compare to this recipe! I usually double the recipe and freeze. The only thing I changed was to add nuts. I like alot of nut so I usually add 2 1/2 to 3 cups cups of either pecans or walnut or mixed depending what I have on hand to a doubled recipe.

I used this recipe because I had exactly 3 overripe bananas crying out to be made into bread and it was fantastic! I also added 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1 tsp of vanilla to the mix. I found that by cooking the loaves for 45 minutes (covering them after 30 minutes) worked wonderfully in my oven - slighty crispy on the outside and oh-so-moist on the inside! This is my new banana bread recipe - loved by all!

I loved this recipe! I used 4 bananas, whole wheat pastry flour, ground raw sugar, and I added chocolate chips. Because this bread is so moist, no one detected the wheat flour. It was fantastic right out of the oven. I bought extra bananas so I could make it again. I hope I can wait until they're brown!

This was the first recipe in a long time that turned out perfectly. Baked in a glass loaf pan and actually had to take it out after 40 minutes. I made 1 large loaf instead of 2 smaller ones. Thanks!

I think this banana bread would have turned out a bit plain if I hadn't done a few alterations - 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and I even added 1/2 cup chocolate chips! It was awesome!
