This was a great recipe! I made it into muffins instead of loaves, and baked accordingly. I also added an extra banana and some vanilla. They were very good! It was my first time making banana bread, so with what little knowledge I have I think they turned out great! LOL.. Apparently my husband liked them too, he ate 3 the night that I made them!

Delicious, but mine was a little over cooked even at 40 minutes.

I did half the recipe and did all the changes some of the reviewers said. It came out good but not great , but tastes excellent with butter .

The Best Banana Bread I have ever had. Someone had made me some with a different recipe and I couldnt even finish it and with this recipe I can almost finish the loaf in a night all by myself!

I followed everything to a T and it tasted funny. It was edible but I could taste the baking soda! I checked the spoon I used for it and it was a 1 tsp meauring spoon. Very strange! I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

I love this banana bread. It is real easy and it only takes minutes to prepare. I did change some things. I added a 1/4 c. of brown sugar to the recipe and I only had a 9x5 loaf pan. It took and hour to bake.

Great tasting banana bread. I didn't like that the bread didn't rise much, i think next time I will just make one large loaf. I did have a few problems with the recipe. Because I cooked the two loaves seperately, the first was over cooked at the full hour. I cooked the second one for 25 minutes and it turned out really nice. I also added cinnamon and nutmeg, it made it very tasty. =)

I have made Banana Bread many times, but this is the best recipe ever!! I read all the reviews and adjusted the recipe, 1/2 cup white sugar,1/2 cup brown sugar, l tsp vanilla,1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2tsp baking powder. I also cooked it only 40 minutes and it came out perfect and was sooo tasty!

I really liked this I made this vegan by using Nucoa margerine and EnerG Egg replacer and no one even noticed. I left it on the stove to cool aand went to bed. By morning 3/4 of the bread was gone. Seems the whole house loves it.

Awesome and simple. The banana's weren't mashed all the way because I don't have a masher and just used a spoon, but it came out nice and moist like my mother makes. It was a very good treat.

My kids loved this bread,,,it was completely gone the next day. I wound up getting 4 mini loaves out of it, made 2 plain and made 2 with semi-sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips. Really delicious! I did take the suggestions of adding the baking powder, 1/2 white and brown sugar and vanilla. Had no problems with the bread rising or anything,,,,I am a pretty experienced baker and this was so easy and the results were fantastic! This will be my recipe from now on. Thanks so much!

Great, simple recipe. Bread tastes delicious! I added just a tiny bit of vanilla, but otherwise didn't change a thing. Definitely will use this recipe again!
