Banana-Berry Brownie Pizza
SUBMITTED BY:
Tina Jacobs
"'I like to make this dessert in June and early July so I can use fresh local strawberries,' writes Tina Jacobs from Wantage, New Jersey. 'The fruit lightens up the rich chocolate taste and pleases everyone.'"

Had a brownie mix bakeoff contest at work where this was a huge huge hit. Won the contest then had to make it again week later for DM visit. I made a double batch since so few people got to try it the first time. Dropped them off in the breakroom went to my office for 10 minutes and my co-workers had polished off one of the pizzas already! Since then any time I make this I am having to stash it away in my office so it survives to the potluck lunch hour. GREAT recipie VERY easy to make and I have also at times drizzled the top with caramel.

Have had this at Easter and at Pampered Chef parties -- and everyone loves it. It's best to put parchment down before baking.

My family and I loved it! I made it again last week and used a muffin tin to make mini brownie-cheesecakes. =] I added a banana into the cheesecake mixture and topped each with slices of strawberries. YUM

yummy! I didn't have a large round pizza pan, so I used two 9" cake pans and layered it. This made it look super elegant like a fancy cake. The combination of brownies strawberries, banana, and cream cheese was absoultey divine. I made this for a houseful of out of town family and all 8 rated it a "5.5". Thanks for the great recipe!

Really good, I used strawberries, bananas, kiwi and pineapple. Next time I will use more of the cream cheese topping, because I really could not taste to much of it. Took to family gathering and everyone really liked it.

This is a piece of art and wonderfully delicious! I didn't bother taking it out of the pizza pan i just served it from there and used a pizza cutter to divide up the sections. I will be making this again, thanks!
