Wasn't too crazy about this bar. It tastes good, but it's a little too soft and mushy, which made it hard to cut into bars and remove from the pan.

This recipe was easy, quick, and delicious. It was rather messy cutting the iced bars, so I recommend serving directly from the cake pan. (Perhaps I didn't wait long enough before cutting.) Added bonus....the batter had no eggs so the kids can lick the bowl(for a change!)
