This recipie is so easy and tasty! I used frozen torellini and mixed in parm cheese before serving. My husband loved it...he told me it's a keeper :)

I was a little skeptical with the balsamic, but it was great! I left out the bacon (didn't want to run to the store) and added a tomato, spinach, garlic, and a little dried basil. Perfect! Some people said they thought the 2T of olive oil in the directions was an error and it should be vinegar, so I did 1T of each.

This recipe was wonderful. I had a package of tortellini in the fridge and 10 minutes to make dinner. I did not have bacon or anything so I just made the tortellini with the olive oil and balsamic with a sprinkle of parmesan. My kids (8 and 5) gobbled it up. I loved it too. The balsamic gives an otherwise boring meal that extra zing. It was a great meal and super easy and fast. Way better than another trip through the drive thru!

I cannot say enough good things about this. I have no idea what pancetta bacon tastes like, but regular bacon seems to work fine...I would give 20 stars if I could. I used Schwan's 6-Cheese tortellini and added the tiniest dash of garlic powder; everything else (bar the bacon) was as stated. Also it was super fast, I walked in the door and 35 minutes later I was sitting down with a plate! Awesome. Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe! :) UPDATE: I made this again for a friend, this time I added a chopped roma tomato and some corn. Great addition to make this a complete lunch, with a side of fresh baked bread.

This recipe is awesome!! I always subsitute bacon, but that's my preference. I have added peas to the mix and it's a great way to get your vegitable in. I cannot get enough of this recipe. Tonight I am going to add some artichoke hearts instead of peas and see how it goes. Thanks for the recipe.

What a great recipe! I loved the different flavors. I omitted the onions for personal preference and used regular bacon and it still came out wonderful! I will be making this again.

Very good! Love the flavour of the bacon (I used regular bacon), onion and balsamic vinegar. Made it for a quick lunch. Loved it! Very easy and great taste.

This was fantastic! I omitted the bacon, instead we had it with chicken breast, and I added a small amount of heavy cream with the balsamic vinegar to give it a thicker, creamy texture. Very, very good. We will be having this again!

Loved it! Went from stove to dinner plate in less than 20 minutes! I used bacon instead b/c that is what I had on hand...husband raved and it was nice to have something other than white/red sauce or plain olive oil. Definitely added to the montly rotation!

Very quick and easy to make. I like this one because its easy enough and versatile enough to add a few ingredients to our liking. Quick dinner with some breadsticks.

This was really yummy. I used chicken since neither my husband or I like pancetta or procuitto.

When I was cooking this I wasn't too sure whether it would be any good, but it turned out wonderful! The only thing I changed was that I left out the onions, and I added more balsamic. If you can find the pancetta, get it. It's well worth it!

This was a decent, light meal. My husband and I thought it needed more "sauce" as it was a little dry. Very simple to put together though.
