4 (6 ounce)

1 (15.25 ounce) can
Del Monte® Sliced Pears in Heavy Syrup or Del Monte® Lite Sliced Pears
Salt and black pepper
finely shredded orange zest
Boston or Bibb lettuce leaves
coarsely chopped pecans, toasted*
All I can say is YUM!!!!!!
Very Good! Quick and simple to make, only gave 4 stars because I feel the sauce needs to be thickend a bit at the end, (perhaps a little cornstarch and water action?) The flavors are great together however and this recipe is a keeper for sure!
