I was surprised and a little wary about this recipe, but I have to say it was great! I have two kids under 5 who loved these potatos. I didn't have all the ingredients but I got the gist of the recipe and it is awesome!

This recipe was a wonderful surprise! The rosemary made the house smell great while cooking and I loved the balsamic. This was a perfect side to our Valentine's Day dinner. I will definitely be making these again.

These came out really good. My husband doesn't usually enjoy potatoes like these, but these ones he really liked. I didn't have Balsamic Vinegar on hand, so I used red wine vinegar instead. Good recipe!

Made these tonight with some seared boneless pork loin chops. I don't think I will make these again as directed. They smelled and looked great until I added the balsamic vinegar. I tried to stir this in slowly and evenly but the potatoes turned out soggy even after baking for an additional 10 minutes beyond the baking time indicated in the directions. I would make the base recipe again and leave out the balsamic vinegar at the end.

I made this last night as a side to our steaks and it was really good! I scaled it to only 2 russet potatoes and, as others stated, was a bit apprehensive about using too much balsamic vinegar. I didn't get carried away with the vinegar and next time will add more! Wow, this was great, didn't detect much at all, just a really great flavor! Kudos! Thanks for posting. ;0)

Interesting. I really liked them, though the vinegar was pretty sweet. I think maybe a little less balsamic would be perfect! I'll try it next time.

My husband and 7 month old LOVED this recipe! It was really easy and by just mashing a few potatoes with a fork, I didn't have to fix my son a separate dinner! Awesome...Thanks!

These are amazing! I made the whole 2 pounds and my boyfriend and I couldn't stop eating them. I omitted the nutmeg because I didn't have any and they were still delicious.

I love garlic, balsamic vinegar and potatoes - I certainly expected to enjoy this recipe. Unfortunately, I did not. The vinegar dominated the flavor of this dish, and I used a VERY good quality balsamic just to be certain it would convert to a mellow glaze.

Can't. Stop. Eating. These are great. I made these as an accompaniment to a spicy turkey burger recipe and was a little worried at first. I don't usually like the potato cubes in spice because they often tend to be dry and you can taste each spice individually on the potato (like licking dry spices). Plus, balsamic vinegar??? The reviewers convinced me to give this a try and I am so glad that I did! I used two green onions and nearly a half of a 5 pound bag of potatoes. I'll have to use the rest of the potatoes for more of this delicious recipe!

This was great. I used an onion sliced into narrow wedges instead of green onion. I just sliced the garlic instead of minced. Will be making this again!!!

This was the first time I've ever made roasted potatoes and they turned out pretty well. I think next time I won't use quite as much rosemary, but otherwise they were very flavorful.
