I was entertaining and made these to go with Steak and lobster. No changes to the recipe. Everyone loved them and my guests left with the recipe in hand.

This was surprisingly tasty, potatoes were cooked perfectly. They really complimented our balsamic/red wine pan roasted chicken. We are going to bring this potatoe recipe to Christmas dinner.

Quick & easy. Used white balsamic vinegar so the red potatoes weren't discolored, and based on other reviews, I tossed them in the vinegar prior to baking. Used the non-stick tin foil and had no problems with them sticking to the pan. Left out the nut meg and used butter for half of the oil. Everyone liked them.

I followed the recipe exactly. The potatoes were good, but not as flavorful as I was expecting.

I had higher expectations since I read so many great reviews. They were ok, but a little too soggy for my taste. I was expecting a crispier result.

Great potatoes! I followed the ingredients exactly but cooked a tiny bit different. I wound up cooking for 30 minutes at 450 since I had something else in the oven that needed to be at 450. I stirred the potatoes every 10 minutes or so. After the 30 minutes I added balsamic and cooked for another 5 minutes. These were perfect! I might try just a tad less balsamic next time to see if that might make a great recipe just a bit better.

These were really good! I was skeptical about the amount of balsamic vinegar, even though we love it, it seemed like way too much, but after cooking for 8 minutes or so, it is no longer watery, it reduces into a nice glaze on the potatoes. Thanks for a great recipe!!

I have made this recipe twice, the second time by request. I think the potatoes are best served right from the oven when they are piping hot and a bit toasty. After it sits the potatoes get mushy and the spices don't give it the right taste. I think someone asking to have this made for another dinner says it is pretty good.

My family loved these. The Balsamic gave them just enough different flavor that they didn't taste like the same old potatoes again.

These actually had better flavor before adding the vinegar. They have potential, but they need work.
