Incredibly easy and very tasty. I like that it gives it a little tangy flavor without being overpowering and keeps the pork tender and juicy.

This was really simple to make but I thought the taste was a bit strong. If I do it again I'll add something to dilute the vinagre a little like 1/2 balsamic 1/2 lemonade or something. and may be add some herbs too. maybe marjoram or oregano or just mixed herbs. I think I will try it again at some point because it was a nice dish and sooo easy too.
