My new favorite! I forgot about the oregano and didn't add the white wine and this still was a super delicious moist fish. I used a whole fillet and baked for 20 minutes. I can't wait to try this again!

My husband and I really liked this but my kids didn't. Guess I'll save it for when they leave the nest. :)

Great recipe, BUT do not brush glaze you put over raw fish on the cooked fish unless you've boiled it for at least 2 minutes.

This was an easy and flavorful treatment for a salmon filet. I'll make it again! I used double the white wine and put dried oregano in the glaze. And I didn't add any salt and pepper.

We give this very good reviews for taste. I agree that we needed more sauce so that is what I will do next time. I am still trying to find a way to make a crisp edge on salmon.

Hubby said he liked it enough, but the vinegar/fish combination reminded me too much of pickled herring. My balsamic vinegar isn't the super expensive stuff, but I'm not convinced that made a huge difference.

Fantastic! It even got a thumbs up from my son who does not care for fish! I didn't have wine on hand and turns out I didn't have Dijon either. I used water and then used some spicy brown mustard. I had to add more honey to balance the spicy brown. Great and easy recipe! Thanks for sharing!

This was so easy and tasted great. I may change up the cooking time/temp, because my salmon came out a bit dry. Will make again!
