This recipe is very easy to make and is absolutely delicious. I like to bake or grill the salmon, basting the fish a few times while it is cooking. I serve it over an arugula salad with cooked carrots or with steamed broccoli and rice.

Out of this world! Served with "Mashed Chipotle Sweet Potatoes," also from this site. Really a perfect combination. The glaze did smell awful, but we were pleasantly suprised. It's a keeper.

Delicious! However, I modified this recipe as I didn't have dijon mustard or white wine. I substituted the white wine for grand marnier, and I also sprinkled the fish with brown sugar, put a little on bottom to carmelize and crust up, as well as added salmon seasoning! Delicious!

This was fantastic! I loved it and the smell was a little funky. My husband didn't like that much mustard, but he's picky. It was great!!

I made this recipe for V-day dinner and it turned out fine. The balsamic flavor kinda overpowered the salmon flavor, but overall it came out good. I made couscous as a side dish and had pinot grigio wine.

Omg! This was delicious! I come on this site alot because I'm new at cooking. I only recently started, maybe 3 months ago. I only cook for two so I always divide the recipes down to a two portion meal. And they come out fantastic. Next time I make this I'm going to make more of the glaze so I can put it over rice. Also someone mentioned having this w/ sauted Garlic GreenBeans. I tried that, I added lemon pepper to the green beans and a teaspoon of lemon juice and they were delicious!

I loved this recipe! First of all, with 4 kids 6 and under time is of the essence when it comes to cooking. I need something healthy that I can throw together quickly, preferably without compromising flavor. This recipe fit the bill. Easy, peasy and my kids scoffed it right up, as did my husband and I. I will definitely be making this again.

I read the other reviews and someone said the glaze didn't smell very good when it was simmering, but that it tasted good and they were right! It turned out great! I didn't have any white wine so I used some champagne and it was really good!

So delicious and so easy. We cooked the salmon for about 20 minutes in our oven before it was cooked through.

I hate to put a negative post on here, but the galze smelled so awful while preparing it that we did not even try it on the salmon. Instead, I just squeezed some lemon on the fish and basted with olive oil and a little basil.

This was terrific and really easy to make. The smell was a bit funky at first when heating the balsamic but the taste was well worth it. My daughter ate the leftovers the next day quite happily. Will make this again and again.
