Very tasty!! My husband who does not like fresh salmon actually said he didn't mind it at all. The sauce took away the fishy taste and was super easy to prepare. Im preparing this for the next family gathering...thanks for the recipe.

Simple, straightforward, DELICIOUS recipe! My only changes are to add some ginger to the sauce, and increase the amount of sauce by about 30%. Served over coconut milk rice and you've got yourself a winner!

This is definately a keeper. I followed the directions to the T but instead of salmon I used lake trout since we just a caught a bunch. My guest/family raved about the meal. I served the trout with smoked salmon (trout) tortellini with bechamel sauce and a bottle of pinot noir. What a meal!! By no means was the fish dry mine was mouth watering. Thanks for the recipe will use again.

I'm not sure why, but the fish was dry & tasteless. I used 2 different recipes for the same fish tonight & cooked them at the same time in the oven. The other recipe I used was the maple salmon, which in direct contrast was delicious & moist. I will not try the balsamic-glazed recipe again for salmon.

I am trying to eat healther but I am not a fish fan. My neighbor gave us some salmon he caught so I felt I had to eat it. I thought I could cover up the taste of the fish a little to make it easier to eat. This glaze was perfect. It was a great balance. I will be making this again. Thank you for posting it.

Very good! Made for a dinner party and everyone enjoyed this. I replaced the oregano with fresh basil and doubled the sauce.

I was the only salmon "fan" in my family until I tried this recipe. Both kids (10 & 13) and picky hubby loved this. Just need to make more next time.

I loved this recipe. Unfortunately they didn't have fresh oregano at the market so I had to substitute dried, but thought it was delicious. It was my first time making a glaze and I didn't realize how easy it is. Definitely a keeper

I liked the way it turned out. Was wonderful flavor and even the hubby liked it. I would decrease the vinegar to 1/4c. add more wine and more dijon mustard next time and perhaps a tad ore honey. Just had a little bit of a vinegar twang. I also wouldn't make this for company if you want the house to smell good. :)

It was soo good. I added some cayanne pepper and basil when I salted and peppered the fish before baking. I also mixed in diced onions and mushrooms to the glaze and used them as a garnish. I can't wait to make it again!

I thought this salmon was ok. Very easy to make and I followed it to a tee. It came out a bit dry and it is very tangy. Not one of my favorite salmon recipes, but I might make it again. I recommend at least trying this recipe. I served it with "Coucous Salad with Dried Cherries" from this site.

I didn't love it, though my hubby did. Followed the recipe exact. It didn't wow me, and the sauce seemed too strong for the fish.

I made this recipe tonight and didn't change a thing, and my husband and I both really enjoyed the meal. I served wild rice and aspargus with the salmon and it was great.

Delicious! The only thing I would change is the addition of the oregano. It was, in my opinion, an unnecessary ingredient that changed the dynamic of the dish. I will definitely make this salmon recipe again, but I will leave off the oregano. The glaze was great enough on its own.

This recipe was just ok for me. The balsamic vinegar overpowered the salmon. The weird smell of the glazed lingered in the house after cooking this salmon. I don't think I will be making this again.
