I made this for a dinner party, and everyone loved it. I forgot to add the oregano at the end, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. The salmon was really moist and the sauce was excellent. Will make again.

Follwed receipie as said except that the honey I had was a bit less than stipulated in the recipie. For me it was nothing to really shout for. It was just ok

Thanks for a great way to bake salmon, Isybel. I made this as written but had to use lemon juice instead of the wine as it was all I had. The glaze was fantastic and I am so glad I took the effort rather than buying ready made glaze. Will definitely make again.

Very good! I made it exactly as directed except I Accidentally added the fresh oregano to the mixture. I cooked the salmon on the BBQ at low temp. The Salmon Fillets tasted great.

I made this exactly as written and thought it was very good. I only had 2 fillets so I had extra sauce which I boiled down a little more and added to the fillets after they were done.

I followed the recipe as written and my husband and 2 small children loved it! I, personally, didn't care for it much, though, which is really a surprise, since they are all a little picky and I'm not. I guess it's just that I don't feel there was enough sauce for the fish. I probably will try this again and just make sure I double the sauce.

This is so good i've made it a couple of times now first time i followed the recipe exactly and it was really good the next time i marinated it for like 20 min and we couldn't really tell the difference but either way it turned out excellent

I'm stymied as to why people thought the glaze smelled bad or why they thought it was too vinegary. This was just perfect. Loved it! Made it as written, and I'll make it again with other fish/chicken/rice. Thank you!

WOW!! Talk about easy and DELICIOUS!! I basically am more of a fish & vegetable eater. I usually make Salmon Patties or Croquettes. This will be another great way to do my "usual" salmon. Ruth Anne

I love salmon, and I was anxious to try a new recipe, but I was disappointed with this one. The sauce was really strong, overpowering the mild salmon flavor, and my kitchen didn't smell so good afterward. I'll have to keep looking for other salmon recipes.

followed the receipe as written. It was so good and Easy. I only made 2 salmon fillets and the full amount of sauce. I would doulbe the sauce receipe if I were making 6 as the original receipe called for. I had the perfect amount of sauce with a little left over for 2 salmon fillets. I really don't see how that would be enough for 6.

OMG! This dish really does taste like something you'd get from a restaurant. I am trying to incorporate more fish into my family's diet, which can be challenging with my picky eaters. They will eat fish, but only if it doesn't taste "fishy", so I'm always looking for a very flavorful yet healthy recipe for fish, especially salmon. This is a DEFINITE WINNER! Even my 4 year old loved it. I will be making this a lot.
