This was a pretty good recipe. Nice and flavorful and pretty easy to make. Maybe we under seasoned, but it was just slightly lacking that "smack" that I was expecting with the basalmic. Overall though, definitely repeatable.

Quick, Easy and Delicious! Just the kind of recipe that I like. The foil is a must as this sauce can be a nightmare to get off the pan. The fresh oregano made a big difference too! I would recommend fresh over dried. I tried the garlic with the non stick spray as the recipe states but it ended up globbing together and burning. I tried it again and I added a little olive oil to the pan to saute the garlic. Much better! The sauce is so flavorful we will defninitly make this again.

Yumm! Salmon is one of my favorite fish, so I am always looking for a way to make it more appealing to my husband ( who is less of a fan ) This Glaze was very easy and not too sweet. A nice change from the standard Lemon and Herbs that I often use. Lining the pan with foil is an excellent idea, making clean-up a snap. My Husband even gave it a 5 star rating! *grin*

Once again, I didn't read the recipe properly and didn't cook the sauce ahead of time. I had read other reviews though and marinated the salmon in the vinegar mixture - I used a large steak for 2 of us - for an hour in the fridge before cooking. Cooked for 20 min instead of 14 as indicated. It tasted wonderful and I'll certainly make it again.

Very good and easy. For some reason our salmon was fishy but this really helped take that away. Will definitely make again!

We decided to grill this, and just continuously baste the salmon while grilling. It could have been marinated for a bit, but it was just fine without it. The taste of the salmon still came through and was not overpowered by the glaze. Very good!!!

This was very good but even better when you marinate the steaks in the sauce (I put in a zip lock bag) and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

I added liquid smoke to the glaze. Good basic recipie, I also use non stick foil. HINT: since I use a lot of non stick foil, (just like OIL,) it can be reused. I for this I use the reused saved foil, then discard.

This was really pretty tasty. I didn't add enough salt, which was easily remedied at the table. I'll be sure to use this again.

The smell while cooking it wasnt too appealing but this was good. My husband absolutely loved it! Inhaled his entire plate and half of mine. It wasnt my favorite, but still pretty good. But that could probably just be because I'm not a huge fish person. We will be making this again.

I made this for a dinner party, and everyone loved it. I forgot to add the oregano at the end, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. The salmon was really moist and the sauce was excellent. Will make again.

Thanks for a great way to bake salmon, Isybel. I made this as written but had to use lemon juice instead of the wine as it was all I had. The glaze was fantastic and I am so glad I took the effort rather than buying ready made glaze. Will definitely make again.
