Very good but make sure you buy a good quality balsamic vinegar or it will taste sort of sour.

I really don'y know if it's because my taste buds are off becuase i'm pregnant, but this marinade did not fit salmon very well at all! I'll never make this again.

This turned out better than I expected. I admit that the sauce did not smell too well while cooking but made a great addition to the salmon once baked. The last time I cooked it, I didn't have honey so I substituted it with brown sugar. The brown sugar gave the fish a crust that was great!

We've had this at least 10 times before I realized I was supposed to heat the marinade over the stove! Tastes great without that step. This is a family favorite and the only way we cook salmon now!

This was very good. I used a really good quality balsamic vinegar (you could drink this stuff it is so good) and that may have made it better. All the flavors blended nicely. And you can marinate salmon for up to 8 hours safely. However, unlike meat, fish absorbs flavors faster and does not require as much time to marinate. So 30 to 60 minutes is ideal.

I was really disappointed in this -- after all the great reviews, I was expecting to love it! The sauce added absolutely nothing to a great piece of salmon -- in fact, it detracted. We scraped off as much of it as we could.

Delicious! I make salmon once a week and had a craving for balsamic vinegar, so this was the perfect fit for an easy Monday night dinner. I omitted the white wine because I didn't have any open, but it was just fine without.

The sauce is awesome! My boyfriend walked in and asked "what's that smell?" in not the most flattering way; however, I kept cooking. He royally enjoyed the meal. If I had to do it all over again, i would cook the fish last and prepare the rice and veggies first so the fish wouldn't dry out.

The picture makes it look so good....but no one in my family enjoyed this at all. The fish ended up being mushy and tasted funny. I followed the directions entirely, except instead of using the oven, I grilled it on my smoker/bbq grill. I had such great expectations since we are big salmon fans, but was very disappointed.
