I like this recipe, I just did what LaFinDuJour suggest about mixture due to young child...didn't know if he would like the vingery taste. I will make this again....my nook would'nt let me give this four stars

The chicken was cooked perfectly and the sweet potatoes were amazing. I sprinkled some salt on the chicken after it was done cooking and it added that extra kick. I will definitely be making this again.

I cooked the chicken covered for 12 mins and uncovered for 15, used the balsamic in the dish as the sauce, had no sweet potato so served with rice. Very simple and yummy dish, but I am guessing that really depends on the taste of the balsamic you use.

If my husband says "You can make this again" it's good! I marinated the night before just like some people recommended. Very tasteful!

My husband loved it! Chicken was sooo tender and flavorful. I put brown sugar and soy sauce into balsamic vinegar. I only baked chicken for 30 min and kept heat on 400. I also used regular potatoes because I didn't have sweet potatoes and served plain broccoli as a side. I will definitely make this again!
