mandarin orange segments, drained, liquid reserved
1 1/2 cups
1 (5.1 ounce) package
instant vanilla pudding mix
fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
kiwis, peeled and sliced

apricot halves, drained
This was amazing! I halved the recipe because I only needed one tart and my boyfriend loved it. My one suggestion would be to add extra pudding mix to make the filling thicker
