Very good! My 14 month old toddler managed to eat at least half of them - good way to get him to eat zucchini without having to fry it! I also added the garlic powder and sprayed with cooking spray. If there was a crowd you may need to make quite a few to feed everyone.

All I can say is "YUMMY". I could not stop eating these! I too added hot sauce and I used panko crumbs and some parm cheese. I would recommend adding just a little salt before baking. Thanks for a GREAT recipe!

These were so good...and healthy! A little time consuming to dip in the egg whites and cover with the dry mix, but they turned out so tasty, especially dipped in ranch. Even non-veggie people liked them!

Great recipe! I didn't do anything that differently except to take other reviewer's advice to add a little garlic powder and use egg beaters. I also sliced mine a bit thicker, as I wanted a more substantial side dish than a snack/appetizer. Wow, this really turned out fantastic! I can't wait to try the thinner "chip" version! Will definitely be serving this one again.

They definately taste better with garlic and onion powder added. I gave this 4 stars only because I wish they had turned out crispier but I think I just need to slice them thinner next time. Overall very tasty!

We followed the recipe exactly. We had some trouble with the breading sticking to the zucchini, but they still tasted great.

Very good and easy! I used one whole egg, and seasoned stuffing mix for the bread crumbs. My oven only goes to 425* so it had to cook a while to get crispy. My husband and I liked them, but the children didn't; thus the 4 stars.

Quick and easy. Tastes great. Don't try and substitute shredded parm (all I had)...it won't be as salty. I added a bit of red pepper powder into my breadcrumb mix and a bit of garlic powder. Great recipe.

These were so good, although my husband only ate one, and my daughter refused to even try it. I got to eat all of them and, boy were they yummy. I should have used some marinara to dip them in.

I've had this recipe saved since this summer, but last night was the first time I tried them. They were delicious! I sliced them thinner like other suggested and also added basil, garlic powder and italian seasoning. And I also sprayed both sides with cooking spray. I know I'm going to be making these again very soon!

I like these a lot but don't make them much because we usually don't have zucchini around the house. However, I do usually add garlic and onion powder and spray both sides with cooking spray to crisp a bit more.

Thanks to the other great reviews my zucchini chips came out great! I added some garlic salt to the bread crumbs and sprayed the chips with cooking spray before they went in the oven and after I flipped them. I did cook them a little bit longer than 10 minutes also. They were a hit with my friends! Thanks
