Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (28 ounce) jar Prego® Fresh Mushroom Italian Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 5 cups hot cooked medium tube-shaped pasta (ziti)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. In large saucepan over medium-high heat, cook beef and onion until beef is browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.
  2. Stir in pasta sauce, 1 cup mozzarella cheese and macaroni. Spoon into 3-quart shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until hot.
