Very yummy ziti. I mixed the pasta with the sour cream as others recommended and I left out the meat as I didn't have any. Turned out very creamy and cheesy.

This was absolutely the most delicious baked ziti I have ever had. I halved the recipe and it still made enough for 2 nights with my family of 4. I caution you to be prepared to use 2 casserole dishes if you make the recipe as is.

Soooo good! I did like others and mixed in the sour cream with the noodles. I also added mushrooms and used a jar and a half of rinaldi spaghetti sauce. This is my new baked ziti recipe.

I made this recipe and took a portion to my son when I visited him at college. He rated it "awesome!" This is from a kid who doesn't get overly excited about too many recipes. This is a keeper!

Excellent dish and reheats nicely for leftovers. I used a 9x13 glass baking dish (worked great) and 1.5 lbs. of lean ground beef. I like a meatier sauce, and this worked well. As others recommended, I should have coated the pasta with the sour cream (next time!). This recipe is definitely a keeper!

One Word: DELICIOUS!! I enjoyed this recipe very much, it had great flavor and pretty simple to make. I did use the suggestion of coating the ziti with the sour cream before layering..Great dish and a hit with everyone!!

excellent recipe. 1. used lowfat sour cream, couldn't taste any difference 2. recommend as other users have, coating the pasta with the sour cream 3. added some red pepper while the sauce was stewing, not enough, because the sauce wasn't very spicy 4. added 3 cloves of minced garlic before i started sauteing the onions 5. used maybe 1.5 bottles of sauce. was still delicious. next time i would try adding mushroom while the sauce is stewing.

I made this recipe for my husband and me last night. It was SCRUMPTIOUS! True, it does make a whole whole lot, but it heats up really well for leftovers (as evidenced by my empty tupperware bowl for lunch today!). I used shredded mozerella instead of slices and it was still really good. Also I used the McCormicks basil seasoning instead of "fresh" basil and that was fine too. I just layered the sour cream in the middle. It was super easy and SUPER GOOD!

This is the best Ziti ever. The only thing I would recommend is to coat the noodles with sourcream instead of layering it. It keeps everything from drying out. This recipe makes alot, I made the whole thing and divided it before baking and froze half of it and got another meal out of it!!

Excellent!! My whole family loved it! I do have to say that the 2qt pan is way too small, my 4qt barely held it all, also didn't need quite that much sauce. I also used the other suggestions and tossed the pasta in the sour cream. Wonderful!

Great recipe - I also made a few changes based on personal preference - I used sweet italian sausage and added mushrooms. I also cut the recipe by half and it still filled a 9x13 pan. I do think it's the sour cream (which I tossed with the pasta as suggested)and provolone cheese that make this difference in this one.

This recipe was just ok for me. It was too much like lasagna and I was looking for a different flavor. It's still a great recipe though!

Yummo! this was great, easy and delicious! I have made recipes like this in the past and they were really dry, this was NOT! I followed one reviewer who recommended to mix the sour cream with the pasta and then do the layers- it was fantastic and so moist! This will be a weekday staple in our house, thanks a ton! Oh- I added fennel seeds to the ground beef for a little sausage flavor.

Great, easy recipe which makes a ton of food. Had enough for 4 adults, 3 kids, and leftovers for 4 more adult meals. I used Italian sausage instead of ground beef which turned out well.
