excellent recipe.
1. used lowfat sour cream, couldn't taste any difference
2. recommend as other users have, coating the pasta with the sour cream
3. added some red pepper while the sauce was stewing, not enough, because the sauce wasn't very spicy
4. added 3 cloves of minced garlic before i started sauteing the onions
5. used maybe 1.5 bottles of sauce. was still delicious.
next time i would try adding mushroom while the sauce is stewing.
