Sooo creamy and delicious. The sour cream added a nice alternative to the ricotta cheese norm. I used sweet italian sausage for the meat and covered the pan during cooking time but did everything else according to the recipe.

Nice recipe, Thank you Colleen! I used Vodka pasta sauce and chicken breast instead. Also I mix the sour cream with the mozarella and a pinch of salt. It was a hit in my house!!! Gati

This is my husband's favorite recipe that I've made. I've tried a version with ricotta, and prefer this sour cream version.

Very good. I doubled the recipe and made it for BUNCO and I ended up having to make copies of the recipe for everyone. They LOVED it.

The best baked ziti recipe - at first I thought the amount of sour cream made it too tangy, but it must have been that particular piece. We had to line up the ziti pieces in rows, instead of a jumble, so that it would all fit in the baking dish!

All of us love this recipe...it is asked for often and a huge hit. I mix in some spices to the sour cream, like parsley and chives and some garlic powder. Great reheated too. Serve it with a Cesar salad and fruit , you have a family winner...

I mix the sour cream in with the bottom layer (otherwise you get mouthfuls of sour cream). My family loves it and it's a great dish to take to potlucks!

This was good...not great. Very easy to make, and you can play around with it enough to make it fit yor taste. I would make this again, but it just needs more flavor to make it great...

I substitute ricotta for the sour cream and keep the rest as the recipe says. AMAZING!! I made two large dishes for a crowd and everyone raved about it. It's delicious reheated the next day too! As a tip, I prefer to use Bertolli spaghetti sauce... it seems to have the best flavor.

yummy- this is one that is easy enough for me - a newlywed who is usually tired and frustrated when dinner takes more than 5 mins to make! my husband really liked it- even though i had to use spiral pasta- next time i will use tube pasta. I didn't have any parm and i added fresh mushrooms- it turned out basically perfect. thanks for a simple and delicious recipe that i will be happy to make again!!

This was alright, but it's just not my tastes. I think what I really wanted was a ziti that was more cheese and no meat. So, it's a fine recipe, it just wasn't exactly what I was looking for.
