We really enjoyed this, I used the light colored sweet potatoes rather than the orange yams. Really nice change.

I liked this, my husband thought it was just "ok". I probably won't make it again due to his reaction. I used chicken broth instead of vegetable broth and I think swiss would have been better than mozzarella.

This was a great dish except my husband is not very fond of sweet potatoes. I used chicken broth w/herbs instead of the veggie broth. Great flavor!

I used Monterey Jack Cheese and chicken boullion instead of Mozzerella cheese and veg boullion. -only because it was in my fridge. Excellent side dish with Turkey!
