I've used this recipe for nearly 2 years now at many different occasions (Family dinner, Thanksgiving, Christmas, dinner parties, etc.). Even skeptical non-cauliflower eaters absolutely loved it.
The secret to this recipe is in the breading. If you don't modify the breading you can prepare the cauliflower in a number of different ways to suit your needs (whole or cut, steamed or boiled). This recipe is a definite "keeper."
(TIP: In fact, I've even tried the breading on some halibut steaks I fried up in a pan...excellent flavor.)
