turned out i didn't have marjoram...so we thought it was kind of bland which i know is not the fairest review. However, i'll give you a tip. Just make sure you have some hot sauce in the house. Add a little hot sauce and the veggies are delicious!!!

Rather mild-flavored, and I felt it needed more salt or something. It was a change from my usual oven-roasted vegetables, but a lot more time and labor intensive.

This was just OK. I wouldn't go to the trouble of making them again. It wasn't bad just not particularly good to me.

I wish I could give it 4.5. I subbed broccoli for cauliflower, omitted celery stalk, and added a jalapeno for some kick. I fried the veggies in bacon grease instead of olive oil. My dad raved and raved about how good this was. Hubby liked it, too.

I used broccoli instead of cauliflower and I added an extra clove of garlic. I also topped with canned mushrooms. This was very good. I love all the vegetables that are used and I added can of diced italian tomatoes along with the other tomatoes. I used the food processor to chop/slice the veggies. Much faster. This is a very versatile dish and very tasty. Thanks for the recipe. I will make over and over again.

I honestly did not think all of the vegetables would mingle well together but made as is. After tasting my first bite, I was surprised with the different flavors and how well they meshed. Will definitely make again because this dish was packed with great vegetables mostly in my garden. Included this recipe in my "All Zucchini Dinner" inspired by Pam-3BoysMama. Served with "Zucchini Stuffed Chicken," "Savory Cheddar Zucchini Muffins," "Zucchini Chocolate Cake," and "Zucchini-Chocolate Chip Muffins" for breakfast the next day.

I really enjoyed this dish. It was a bit time intensive, but the result was very tasty. I did up the spices a bit. I halved the recipe and ended up using about 6 Roma tomatoes. I also tossed some cheddar cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of baking. This is a keeper!

This dish tastes and smells like a great vegetable stew without the beef. It was a hit over the holidays.
