I was pleasantly surprised with this recipe. I made as written but added salt and peeled my sweet potatoes. They came out crispy and spicy on the outside and soft and sweet on the inside. I had to bake them a bit longer the written. Lovely!

Very delicious! I added salt, pepper, and garlic powder as well. I do not particularly like sweet potatoes so I may need to increase the amount of spice and salt to 'mask' the sweetness a bit in the future. Also, I don't think the sweet potatoes I buy are organic so next time I will go safe and peel them before I cook them. The skins are delicious but I don't want to risk adding pesticides to my dish. Anyway, I'm having these as a snack and they are delicious!

Very, very tasty. I doubled the paprika and put in a pinch of chili powder because we like a little kick. They weren't as crispy as I would like, but I'll definitely try this recipe again.

Great recipe. My boyfriend doesn't like sweet potatoes but I made them anyway. He loved them. Don't be shy on the seasoning. I also added some garlic salt. The bag idea worked great.

These are delicious, and a great alternative to french fries. In fact, I'm not sure that I could tell the difference between the two. In addition to the paprika (which I used more than stated), I added onion powder, garlic powder and chili powder.

We really liked these. There's no wow factor like lots of seasoning, but it makes a great side dish anyway. It is nice to be able to prepare sweet potatoes without all the sugar.

Yummy recipe! I made these for a family lunch on New Year's day and the garlic/onion/salt/pepper version was the hands-down favorite. I was wary of trying that combination on sweet potatoes, but it was tasty. Made great left-overs too.

I thoroughly enjoyed these sweet potato sticks! I followed the recipe except for scaling it back for two potatoes and adding a bit of garlic powder. I will definitely make this one again and experiment further. The only change I would recommend, based on the previous reviewers' suggestions, is to expect to use multiple cookie sheets. I cut my potatoes into a steak fry size, and the cookie sheets could only reasonably hold about 1 1/2 potatoes. Great recipe for sweet potato lovers!

Awesome! I did add garlic salt and ground black and red pepper to give it some zing and they turned out great.

I've never tried sweet potatoes before, and after this I think I love them! Good with ketchup and black pepper like regular fries. I personally liked them warm from the oven, and will definately make these again.

With a little tweaking this could be a 5 star recipe. I had Sweet potato fries at a ski resort in Colorado that were fabulous. These need more spices and oil, especially salt & pepper. I've made these several times now and they are better when backed in round slices or thinner, fri-like strips to make them crispier and more flavorul.

My new favorite way to make sweet potatoes!! Make sure not to crowd your pan though or they're not as good and crunchy!! The kids loved them!!

These are really good, a healthy alternative to french fries! They do need a little something to boost the flavor; I may add some cinnamon next time. I really enjoyed these!
